Goboservice, the producing department of Sunland Optics srl, established in 2002, is one of the world's most important gobo producers.
The sum of all our employees is 16 persons, divided among our three branches of Reggio Calabria, Brugherio and Saint Maur (France)
Reggio Calabria is the main brach where the sales department and the administrative department are located, as well as:
the production unit with 5 laser-engraving machines and 4 glass cutters & edgers
the graphic department with two employees who fix and optimize customer-submitted pictures.
the quality check: every gobo is checked to ensure that it is defect-free
 
In 2007, the costant increase in production and the need for sending gobos worldwide required the opening of a second branch in Brugherio, Milan with two employees and one laser-engraving machine.
 
In 2010 our company has merged in France with Affirmatif System, giving life to Goboservice France sarl, a remarkable new entity in the metal gobo market.
The French branch in Saint Maur, Paris, is in charge of both the gobo selling in the French market and the production of all our metal gobos.
Goboservice's success lies in applying to us the working procedures of much bigger companies, so as to show that even a small southern Italian firm can adopt an advanced working method. This let us manage, with the same quality level, orders from both the single lighting service and the sector's biggest companies.
In 2006 Goboservice supplied multi-colour gobos to Martin for their Mac 2000 projectors. Since 2009 Goboservice has been ClayPaky's supplier for all the glass gobos used on the Alpha 700 and 1500 series. Finally, in 2010 Goboservice has become SGM's and DTS supplier too.
